The 2018 Freezer 5K around Buffalo's Cobblestone District is on deck! Join in the fun for this annual running tradition!
It's a tradition! Join hundreds of fun-loving athletes on our annual 5k run/walk helping support the Buffalo Police Athletic League. Runners take to the streets of the Cobblestone District and Erie Basin Marina in an early-winter jaunt on this certified 5K course. We've seen snow, we've seen ice, we've seen 70's and we've seen sun & fog. Don your holiday shorts for the Freezer is quickly approaching! A fun & festive post-race party including door prizes and awards ceremony at Buffalo Ironworks. Walk it, run it, come celebrate in the Freezer fun. Pre-register to get the early rate or come down on race-day to enter. All are welcome. T-shirts guaranteed to those registered by 12/3 & as they last as the race approaches. There will not be a water station on the course considering the time of year.
A 1-mile walk course will once again be offered as well as the 5K walk which will utilize sidewalks for the return trek for the safety of all participants. Please be prepared for what mother nature has in store and celebrate the after-party with our amazing volunteers and sponsors. Paper/Mail-in entry form here.

U14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-65, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
