PULVERIZE 2018!
The 2018 Grinder Trail Race takes place at beautiful and challenging Sprague Brook Park once again proving spring trail running is in full swing! This year's course is just a tad over 4-miles in length. Runners gear up for this wild and wicked 4-miler through park trails including single track, grass sections, creek crossing and hills. A mass start sends you through miles of park single trak trails in deep cover. A warm lodge, post-race party and awards ceremony is all a trail runner could ask for on this beautiful day of May. One water stop on the course keeps runners fueled. T-shirts to the first 150 or those registered by May 7th guaranteed. Rain or shine. Plenty of close-by parking & rest rooms. Post-race door prizes, awards ceremony & socializing at one of the most beautiful county parks in our region.
