The 2010 Freezer 5K kicks off at 11am at the foot of Perry near Mississippi St. in Downtown Buffalo's Cobblestone District on Sunday, December 19th. The Freezer 5K course takes runners through and around the Erie Basin Marina and the HSBC Arena on a fun winters day during the 2nd annual Freezer 5K. Sun, Rain, Sleet or Snow the Freezer primises a great time for all! Prepare to bundle up or brace yourself for the wild kick of Buffalo weather in what has started to become a Buffalo tradition. We hope to see you at the Freezer!
Mile splits, water at the 1/2 way piont and a holiday theme helps keep your feetz moving for this Buffalo tradition.
1-Mile Freezer Walk and Kids's Freezer Pop Dash (based on safe-non icy conditions) are also part of the fun.
